What is your favorite part of your job at BW?Launching Beyond Warehousing has been one of the most challenging and gratifying events of my professional life, so picking a FAVORITE isn’t easy. Nothing is easy when you are starting a new business and I’d have to say my favorite part is growing a team. We have had to figure out what is needed as we grow and it has been so great watching team members get out of their comfort zone, step up, and deliver results. It reiterates that we have hired the right people!
Why did you join Beyond Warehousing? When I founded Beyond Warehousing, I had been in Amazon fulfillment centers. I learned SO much while I was there, but I needed a new challenge. A new opportunity. Beyond Warehousing’s culture allows us to address issues head on rather than wading through blame and excuses to find the truth. I will own up if I am wrong or if I could have done better. I expect my team to hold themselves to the same bar.
