About Beyond Warehousing
Beyond Warehousing is a 270,000 sq. ft. warehouse at Logistics Park Kansas City in Edgerton, Kansas, less than one mile from the BNSF intermodal facility and within the heavy weight corridor. Our strategic location enables compelling supply chain optimization opportunities. One of our earliest customers is saving more than $175,000 annually on total supply chain costs with a new transportation and warehousing plan making the most of our building location.
Our leadership team combines over 30 years of experience at the leading e-commerce company in the world and over 90 years of industry experience. Our Leadership Team
Jeff Havelka, CEO
Jeff joined Beyond Warehousing as CEO in 2019 after eight years with Amazon, where he progressed from front-line management to senior leadership during a period of global expansion and innovation. He has more than a decade of supply chain experience, including supply and demand planning work that has saved millions for his companies. Jeff is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of Beyond Warehousing. No matter the company or the project, Jeff has instilled team dynamics and created work cultures that engage and inspire.
Cam Ulmer, Director of Operations
Cameron is a start-up and lean applications specialist within distribution and fulfillment environments. He has worked in operations management for Amazon and other retailers and has more than ten years of experience in operations planning, team building, and leadership. He is a natural problem-solver and optimist who designs systems that mitigate risk, drawing on his foresight to fix things before they become problems.
Sean Green, General Manager
Sean has 19 years of combined experience in logistics, manufacturing and fulfillment environments. After earning his Six Sigma Green belt at Honeywell Aerospace, Sean has taken a keen interest in eliminating waste and defect creation in the workplace. Sean is also the founder of an online media company specializing in connecting pet owners with quality pet products. In 2019 Sean’s pet properties reached over 2,000,000 visitors worldwide.
Julianne Johnson, Director of Client and Vendor Relationships
Julianne brings 20 years of comprehensive sourcing, procurement, and strategic vendor relationships to Beyond Warehousing. She has supported multiple new building launches across the United States. Julianne is passionate about budgeting, forecasting, and cost savings.
